Mr. Narendra Ahooja Vivek is a distinguished drug regulatory professional with over 30 years of experience in the Food & Drugs Administration, Haryana, having retired as State Drugs Controller, Haryana. He is currently serving as a Regulatory Consultant to FOPE and is widely recognized for his contributions to pharmaceutical regulation, policy development, and regulatory reforms in India.

Over the course of his career, he has held several prestigious positions, including:

• Chairman, Advisory Committee, DCOIWA.

• Founder President, Haryana Drug Control Officers Welfare Association.

• Professor of Practice at MVN University, Palwal.

• Director Corporate Affairs and Head Corporate Affairs at leading educational institutions.

Mr. Vivek has played a significant role in shaping India's pharmaceutical regulatory framework through his participation in numerous committees constituted by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, the Drugs Technical Advisory Board (DTAB), and the Drugs Consultative Committee (DCC). • Chairing the DCC Sub-Committee on OTC Products.

• Chairing the committee examining provisions related to drug advertisements.
